Moby Persing has been guiding hunts out on Brahma Island for 23 years. The first thing I saw him do was pop on latex gloves like a surgeon, sharpen his knives like a chef, then skin and butcher a doe in under 10 minutes.
He told the group stories about guiding Shaquille O'Neal (apparently the NBA star shoots a rifle like he does free throws--poorly) and Johnny Depp (all the actor did was take pictures).
Moby doesn't like Sandhill cranes. Says they make a lot of noise when you're trying to sneak up on deer.
