The tacos at Tio's are okay. Not special. Just okay.
But the folk art collection on its lot out back is pretty fascinating. Bicycles and trolls buried in concrete. Towering human and animal figure frames created from chicken wire and stuffed with oyster shells, empty detergent tubs, and big Miller High Life bottles.
